This is what Canada Day looks like in the nation’s capital.
Looks like a fabulous day!
It was a very fun day, I hadn’t been in Ottawa for Canada Day in many years!
Thanks for liking my recent post, you have really amazing stuff here….great work!
Thank you very much! You have taken some amazing pictures yourself :) cheers!
Definitely going to follow you, I was looking through the rest of what you posted and think it is all wonderful. Best of luck
I lived in Ottawa before moving to Australia – miss home even more on Canada day! Lovely pictures – my favourite is the one of locks :)
You’ll definitely have to make a trip back one day! I really like the lock picture also, my friend saw a similar thing in Prague and told me it’s a tradition for newlyweds to put “love locks” on permanent structures to symbolize their commitment to one another. Here’s an article about the locks in Ottawa if you or anyone else is interested!
I will definitely be back for Christmas and Canadian winter! Thanks for the article! I guess the idea is widespread, I saw the same thing on the Great Wall of China when I was there and know it’s also really popular in Korea :)
